You can now streamline how your team submits and processes payments—all within one platform. No more collecting payment details manually, tracking requests across messages, or re-entering information.

What’s New:

• Reimbursements — Team members and Admins can set their own payment details and request repayment for out-of-pocket business expenses directly in OneSafe

• Payment Requester role — Designated members can initiate outgoing payments like vendor bills or contractor payouts

This role-based workflow helps:

• Ensure proper oversight and approvals

• Reduce manual errors from re-entering details

• Speed up payment processing across your team

OneSafe Cards have officially relaunched.

Following our successful transition to a new card provider, card issuance is now live and available from your OneSafe account.

At launch, card issuance is supported in select countries. Some regions, including parts of Europe, are not yet available. You may view the full list of supported countries here:

Important notes: SWIFT deposits are not currently supported, and SWIFT payments to individual (personal) bank accounts are not supported at this time.

This update only applies to users who previously had an Omni Account and do not have an active or pending Stables account.

If you’re affected, you can:

• Create a new account, or

• Claim remaining balances by providing a USDC Eth address

A $100 processing fee applies when claiming balances.
